Hi All.
Every post I make now I copy it in case it gets hung and doesn't submit so if I do lose it I just start a new post and paste it in again. This is mainly because occasionaly my Mobile broadband cuts out and I have lost longish posts in the past and in doing so have lost the place and just couldn't start over again, now I don't lose any. ;)
Bob.

firefox 3.0.16

It delays submission 15-30secs in mine, but eventually always succeeds.

 @ Intershed Exployter

Nahhh, I use that and its hanging occasionly for me too. I think we've determined its not browser dependant at this point.

I'm going to try shrinking the size of the SQL database, as its grown quite large due to transaction logs, and could be the cause of occasional delay when something is submitted...

Hows everyone finding this problem now?
I've trimmed the cache some and tweaked a few other things. It seems better to me, but I could be subconsciously biased!

I'll do some work on reducing database bloat this weekend when installing the 'Thanks for post' mod Colin and Peter suggested.
