The rear brakes are fed with fluid from the rear suspension, the more weight on the back axle, the more pressure in the rear brake system and the more effective they are, you must bleed the rear callipers first with the car set to maximum ride height, this puts full pressure into the rear brake circuit even when the car is on axle stands which can then be bled through, i take it you have the car on axle stands with the suspension left on normal ride height setting? there will be no pressure to the rear callipers like this.

Also do not forget to bleed the ABS hydraulic block first, this is accessed by taking the n/s wheel of and n/s arch liner out, there are two bleed nipples on top of the ABS hydraulic block if it is a Bendix system.

For bleeding all brake callipers and ABS block just set to maximum ride height, support on axle stands, wedge the brake pedal on with the engine running, remove wheels and work you way round, starting from the abs block, then o/s/r, n/s/r, n/s,f, o/s/f callipers

Good luck with the project!
