Hi
My beloved 1996 2.1 td auto had a burst pipe that can't be economically fixed. Only did the head gasket lady year.
It is also full of fuel !!
It's at my local garage and he wants rid ASAP. I can get it home or scrap it.
If its any good ring me 07595597775 but it needs to go very soon !!
Regards
Phil

Quite and a burst pipe is prima facie not a hugely difficult job and should not cost a fortune either - depends on which pipe has burst and where of course...

Im kindly guessing that it is probably a pipe thats NLA - BUT it is in my "Shop"

If its a strut pipe Ive pleanty of them...

No doubt though, its probably a pipe over the subframe...

After an engine repair, i would be a MASSIVE waste of a car!

Put it in the Sales and Wants section on here, before considering Wasting a WHOLE car!

Totally agree, can't chop in a whole car because of pipe.

The pipe is behind the sub frame at the back. I can't get under it on my drive. The subframe needs to be dropped I think .
I live just out side Lincoln
