window regulators

Hi folks i am now experiencing problems with my window regulators. Mathew is kindly coming to have a look but it seems parts for these are very hard to find, that is unless other Citroen regulators can be used or a repair kit is available. I have searched online about this but to no avail... Anyone have any ideas / pointers... Bits laying around etc

I bought a couple recently, £16.95 each, and am just curing the adhesive on one now.
