I like the mix of the checkered velour door cars and black leather. It's looking very tidy indeed.
Is your XM mandarin or magenta? (The paint code is in the engine bay in front of the battery on the wheel arch.)

Thanks for the feedback Russ. The guy I bought it off said it is Magenta.
I cleaned out loads of muck from the drivers side lower wheel arch behind the plastic cover. No holes in the sill thankfully :-)

S2 cars were never in mandarin, your car is definitely magenta.

Had a rather bad XM day today. Took the car for tracking and wheel balancing as he front end was a bit light. Near side track rod end barely attached to the steering rack! Car better now but a look underneath revealed that the chassis leg end where the back box hanger is is rotten and we have very leaky hydraulics under the bonnet.
Also took a couple of pics while the front wheels were off for balancing and it seems some tiny pipes are broken
An urgent trip to Medway Citroen needed I think

I think the broken "pipes" might be the brake pad wear sensor cables.

I am also wondering if the hydraulic leak has anything to do with the brake fade the suffers with. Anyway, I got a price on the two rear exhaust boxes too which comes to nearly £300.00

Goodness me, you could have a bespoke stainless steel system made for barely more than that!
