Besides which the damn battery light is back on and it makes no difference what speed you are doing :(

At least with it now on permanently I can try to trace the fault, every silver lining has its cloud.

It was good to meet up though I think Dean probably had the worst of the traffic!

Not so sure that collecting a wheel and tyre and then going and picking up a new tumble dryer was quite such a good plan in an XM saloon but I did get everything in!

All I have to do now is get the dryer out of the car on my own.............. :/

Yes it was nice to meet up Rob, the traffic was.......interesting. Just over 4 hours to get from Brighton to Chieveley services :|, its a good job my ferry was delayed again this week or i would have missed it, the M3 wasnt exactly clear.........
Your Xm looks great anyway and with the planned works done its going to be another minter on the road.
Those door cards are really good so again thanks for them, i will tuck them away in the at

Sounds like you had a pretty grim journey all round.

The aim is to have the car as fresh and white as a polo mint!

Must fix the damn alternator light first............!

Is the alternator actually charging, if so the wire has a short, if not, the regulator is duff.
