Must be, I rang them and instantly was told NLS, you can swap the mount for the different style with the more commonly used round bush which is still available, you just need to find the alloy housing and swap it over.

Ahaaa. You've answered a question Dean, I was going to ask next.

Is the replacement arm thing interchangeable? so it is...Well that's good news. If I can find one.... My research this afternoon showed up there was a change of the linkage.

All is not lost just yet.

Be careful what bush you fit to it though Russ, if its a cheap hard compound one or a rear mount pressed in by mistake they transmit a lot of noise to the cabin, make sure its the right one for the job and your away.

Well I'm making slow but steady progress on this engine removal. I can only manage half days so far, or afternoons to work on it at the moment, and next week looks like I will have even less time. but I will soldier on.
I finally got the car in the garage last Monday and stopped last Wednesday. I picked up where I left off today.

So far there haven't been many horrors. The worst I found today lurking under the battery tray...and was caused by a leaky battery at some point. Only surface rust, so not too bad.

I had the thermostat replaced on MOR not long before you got it Russ. It was done by a Citroen independent so should be correct.

Looks like its coming along well Russ, are you planning on replacing the head gasket on the engine that's coming out when the swap is done?
