Not quite 20 no......5, one bolt per wheel will be fine, you will have a spare too

, I think mine are the extra long head chrome ones, its a rim that's on one of my subframes got a brand new 15yr old tyre on it too which may be a nuisance.

OK I will order a set of plain chamfered bolts then. All mine have the flat collar to fit my current alloys.

Just looking to get the car back to 'standard'. I like the alloys but prefer the plainer steels with the disc trims.
I will the refurb the alloys and decide whether to keep them as a set of spares (with the right steel spare and set of bolts) or sell them if I get a good offer. TBH there doesn't seem to be much of a market for them!
I now have a good selection of steels and may try to source a set of 'winter' tyres. I have 8 rims but one is the 'spare' so need one mor to give me two full sets of 4. I also have a ragbag of tyres so need to see what I have size and age wise! I suspect quite a few have tread on their side but not age:(

On the last couple of runs the battery light has come on a few times. Not when you would expect it (low speed, high load) but when blatting down a dual carriageway at 70mph.
Does the light also indicate overcharging?
The previous owner fitted a new alternator and good quality battery. Not that I would trust even new parts!!!
Any thoughts?
