Just seen another KBAN. J32 M62 westbound. K197BAN on a grey BX hatch (comes up as a 1769 diesel) and he wasn't hanging about.

They don't. Our non-turbo 19RD went like the wind. ;)

If ever you fancy a bit of easy-access, non-complicated, hydropneumatic comfort, with fabulous visibility and headlights, the BX is your machine.
Apply what we all know now about the XM to any BX (particularly electrics), and you'd have a great car.
Almost extinct here now: see maybe two a year, and one of those has been left to evaporate in the sun.
On the other hand, some traffic jams can consist almost entirely of C15D's, the local farmers' bus of choice for many years.

First BX I've seen in a-g-e-s. It's never been a car that's been on my radar, but I would certainly consider one - if only to compare with the Xantia and XM.

I spotted a grey silver BX TZD I think it was round the corner from me. The want was strong!
And on Sunday as a complete change of model, I saw two Dyanes in Stroud... Tatty orange one and a nice pale blue green one.

Roof lining felt successfully glued back to the foam backing, it's not 100% perfect but it's better than I'd hoped it would be. I'm missing 3 Velcro strips but I'm hoping these are still attached to the car, I'll find out on Saturday.

All Velcro strips accounted for, sunroof glass re-bonded to the frame, cassette will be fitted tomorrow (hopefully) and I'll be XM-ing again!

Good job Ray, fresh as a daisy all round! Fingers crossed it behaves and not leaks.
