V6 Xantia, V6 XM..... Im just jealous

Don't be jealous Vince. It's a severe case of V6-itis... Terribly infectious and impossible to cure... The worst cases of all seem to involve the ES9 - HP20 variant... or perhaps I'm just particularly susceptible to it...
My advice is to never ever drive one because if you do then you're doomed

Take me as an example....

I really should write up my Prestige adventures too as that'll give a few paragraphs of interest...

20 pages might be pushing it Dean but I reckon I could do a few...
I'll have to get cracking on that before the memory starts to dim...

It looks like another fine specimen is going to be saved - and that by someone who 'threatened' to be leaving the fold only a few weeks ago

An ES9J4? Now that's language I appreciate

And me

I'm a great fan of the ES9 and HP20, having had three Xantia V6s and wanting an ES9 V6 XM for some little while. Trouble is, in the UK they're not that common but a patient waiting game has paid off...
I was surprised to note mine has no sunroof... I like sunroofs but I can see the benefits of not having one...

Will will be jealous of that Jim. Must be rare not to have a sunroof. Or did Citroen give up fitting the entire options list as standard by then!
So when do you finally get it?

As soon as I can hopefully Russ.. I'm all excited and can't wait

I have insurance cover already and was delighted Adrian Flux was happy to insure it on a classic policy even though it's a bit younger than the Prestige...
I just need for the person whom I've purchased it from to say come and get it

I know what you mean. It was the same waiting for mine. Mind you I also had a huge dose of 'what the hell am I doing'. Which proved to compounded it's self when only a few miles down the road from picking it up, a pipe split and it promptly emptied its coolant tank, and then wouldn't start because of a duff battery. Did not help with the nerves!! Anyway, it was all sorted out with no problems at all.
So what is happening to the Prestige, is it being part ex'd so to speak...and moving on to pastures new?
