Resprayed or professionally polished?
Another nice example!
Well done!

Check out her first picture..... no amount of polishing could cure that!

A full respray?
I'm curious as to cost, as my v6-24 will need one once back on the road.either to restore the salvageable existing panels, or colour the replacements.

At least your car does not have metallic paint Will that should be easier to match and does not generally require lacquer! Regards, Matthew T.

The black is indeed lacquered, hence being called Superlustre black.
Pretty well all car paints are lacquered now.

I do not believe my black 24v was lacquered when resprayed along both sides Will and the paint match is very good. My understanding was 'Solid' colours did not receive lacquer in the past, although the situation could be different now of course. I also wondered where does 'Superlustre black' come from? Regards, Matthew T.

It is 'two-pack' I was thinking of Will that I understand is an alternative to using lacquer with non-metallic paints. Regards, Matthew T.

Her she is after a paint refresh, wheel refurbish and sporting her new number plate

I chose CXM as I nicknamed her the CXM, she rides on CX spheres, plus, it’s a Citroen XM. The J2 was the lowest unique prefix I could get for reasonable money.

She’s almost ready for her epic adventure into Europe!

Is that normal running height?
