The Prestige isn't here ATM so will double check but the service book definitely said the code was "ETW".

Spooky coincidence you mentinoing that, I've literally, a couple of minutes ago just got the latest data.

So still licenced up to year end 2011 there were:

8, 2.0i prestige Auto
8, 2.0i presige
3, VSX 16v
13, VSX 16v Auto
2, V6-24v

All in there were 823 licensed Xm to year end 2011, an attrition of 221.

This doesn't account for any SORN cars, I need to look for those.

SORN cars.

11, V6-24v (all at Davids and Pauls, I think)
1, V6-24v Auto
10, prestige Auto
5, prestige

In total 585 SORN Xm, so 585 + 823 = 1408 cars in total, though how many could ever go back on the road is another story.

Your info doesn't include exports, and cars over here in Northern Ireland.

Do cars in NI not pay UK road tax?

Our cars are separate for some reason or other. They are registered with DVA here, and not the DVLA in Swansea. Although this will possibly change in the future.

How many XM do you think there are in NI or even Eire as well?
