No, but it's pretty simple. Unscrew the centre light unit and grab handles, pull the rear centre plastic trim downwards, then unscrew the trims until the headlining is exposed.
The headlining is held on with velcro apart from two screws that project downwards from the front edge of the sunroof cassette, into a hard former. If you can't open the roof to reveal these, just pull the former down as they are only small self tapping screws.

Open the sunroof.
At the front edge there a two very small long screws (Torx10 I think) that go down into the headlining plastic surround.
All the other screws you can see are slightly larger and shorter and are part of the sunroof.
Remove the roof light, grab handles and plastic trim.
Headlining is now held up by Valcro glued to the underside of the roof.
Peel the headlining off and if any Valcro unpeels complete glue it back now.
Otherwise you will forget until too late.

The sunroof on K-BAN has been sealed shut.

Aha. I have a spare sunroof cassette in working order, but given the hassles of the one in the Cobalt car leaking and the fact hat a sunroof is a pain for me headroom wise, I am inclined to give the roof the chop.

This is the pic I should have posted, I cleaned the area to see where the leak was coming from and it looks like it's coming from this nut... Any suggestions on where to acquire new seals?

Ah ray.. that will be the regulator end seal then.. im afraid its a strip down job off the car and regulator strip down.

theres an o ring seal in the end that gives the ghost after so long.. that bolt just holds the bracket on the end to support the regulator in place..

Which nut is leaking, Ray? Pipe or mounting bolt?
It's the pipe union that looks greenish to me - and this would be a standard sleeve-seal wouldn't it?

It's the pipe nut Chris, the one with the arrow pointing down. I don't know which seal it needs

Today I intended to fit the new aerial. It's ended with the car having to go into dry storage and the headlining is drying out in my spare room. Started stripping the headlining out and it was immediately dripping water onto me. A lot of water. So I stripped the whole headlining back and took it out. The whole of the underside of the roof was covered in condensation water beads. It's taken a whole kitchen roll to dry it off, and it's still dripping. I've arranged for another space at the lock-up to get it out of the rain. I'll take out the sunroof cassette as soon as I get a chance and attempt to re-seal it properly.
