Horns on the side of each headlight could be dead. They need removing and 12v applying directly if they work then check the plugs fir 12v . They are constant live and are live without ignition on .. there could be an issue where the front harness connects to the main loom behind the passenger headlight it even simply copper corroded wires to the horns which as it happens inside the insulation won't be seen.

Washers more likely siezed motor. They can and do.. if a.bash on the floor doesn't work once removed give me a.shout theres a few here..

Same with horns. Corrosion in the plugs.. or horns them self again loads a horns here.

But we'll done progress is going well..
Hi Peter, do you have two horns and a washer pump and do you have a price. All of those things on my car are US. It’s a bit of an urgent one, because it is going in for its MOT on the 18th. Please let me know what you think. Cheers…Derek

Thanks for this an everything else. It is the horns, Peter did the checks, then put another old horn on each connection and everything worked fine😁👍

Washer pumps are readily available either online or from local suppliers, it's commonly used across PSA range. You might even obtain one from a Peugeot/Citroen/Fiat/Vauxhall (Stellantis) dealer.
P/no 95656410 (pump and seal set)
Pump only 643458, Seal 643445.

From ECP...obviously expensive, but time is short. Online suppliers are cheaper.

Hi again, does anyone know anything about the guy in Poland, who is selling the bright inserts for the door trims? He wants £103, including postage to the UK. Is it a scam, I can’t work it out. Cheers…

I've not seen the single washer pumps on anything else other then xm. Post 2001 psa.stuff switched to the single pump with twin outlet shared with Renault.. and they are also another common failure pump .. in the meantime Derek has two pumps tested and working on their way to him along with two horns also tested and were very loud directly on a 12v battery, I actually jumped.. lol..
