Hi again, just looking into getting a new V6 Dizzy cap, they seem pretty expensive. Would anyone have any tips for suppliers, or have one knocking about surplus to requirements? Also dieselman, it is running on 5 cylinders, you are correct as usual. One of the contacts in the Dizzy cap is knackered. Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions…Derek

Also fits all six cylinder Bmw from 1990's and even Porsche 928.

The XM has now been moved from Peter's long suffering son's workshop, to Peter's place. I think David is very happy, as he is a Drift Car Racer and my XM has been on his lift for a very long time, which means he has been working on his car with Jacks and Axle Stands (Thank you David). Peter does have his own 2 post lift (you can see one of his Triumphs on it in the background of the picture), so we will be OK to get on with the suspension system. He also has a very large, purpose built workshop (only for about 5 cars or so), so onwards and upwards :D
