Speedo cable detach.. pull on the outer plastic it slips back and then it unhook. The outer sleeve closes lock fingers under it to lock it in place...

Completed a few final jobs on this fine example before it went off to a new home near Peterborough.
The sunroof was actually an easy fix with a piece of brass sheet cut to replicate the original steel clip. The left hand dash display had been erratic over the last 6 months and gave up completely a few weeks ago. Unbelievably it then decided to start working after the new owner had taken a test drive.
Sad to see it go but I know it will be cherished by the new owner.

Not sure, but will suggest they should be. He has a couple of BX and a 2CV already to keep it company!
