They are different part numbers, but the same length, 820mm.
I suspect they are the same item, or only have very minor differences to the clips, or sheath.
original P/ne 96122067 (01) UP TO O 4992), then 96122204, then for Series 2, 4745 62.
Any cable supplier would be able to make a copy for you, Speedograph Richfield, or Caxton Cables, come to mind.
Alternatively use bicycle gear-change, or brake cable, with either solder, or crimped nipples.
The top nipple is rather special, but you could drill through it, feed a replacement cable through, splay the wires and solder the nipple on. You would be surprised how strong a solder joint is when done properly.
There must be a number lying around, I've never known one snap.
