Wish I hadn't sold it! (Only kidding) Nice one. It really does photograph well. The wheels look like they've come up really well. Any particular refurbishment done on them?

I've done a couple of long trips in my XM four people with their luggage and it is a consummate cruiser - tricky to keep within the speed limit on motorways though  :D

Hi Phil.

Yes it's not come up bad at all, i'm really pleased with it.

Iv'e just bougth some Maguires polish for it, really good stuff !

The wheels , iv'e only cleaned them up , no referb at the moment, althought the n/s front could do with some attention,

I would like to get some ' are thet called ' jellyfish alloys, or wobblely web , or something like that, for it,

But over all , love the car, got to get cambelt done , as you know most of the history is in French, i'm bad enough at English , let alone French
also think new set of HT leads 'n' plugs, they look like theyv'e been in there a while.. ;)

Just a few things still to do, Got to get the manifold sorted, she sounds a bit like a Massey Ferguson on start up , but soon quitens down after a couple on minutes
Iv'e got to visit FCF, there's a member on there not far from me with a workshop, not sure if hel'l be interested in doing it :| , if not il'l get my local guy to give me a price, that is not something i would do , iv'e not got a big enough tool box yet ! !!,
I did have a look at it , but there is a bolt low down on the heat shield, think it's best done off ramps .
