Thanks DM. I hope he's still happy with the car.
The bit I really like about yours are the round heater controls, simple, stylish and very practical. They suit the interior to a T in my view.

I see you have a 96 ' N ', estate with an RP 6608, thats pretty closely numbered to mine, thats RP 6603, must have been born around the same time

I have three '96 2.1 estates - well two and a half, all registered in January, last of the manuals and mechanical fuel pumps.

I definitely prefer the dials to the push button control, which looks out of place in a S1 dash.
I think Ian is very happy with the car.

Roatry are fine, when they work, but every one Ive seen and tried have always got a problem controlling the cable behind the dash! My SED is like that now, but more important things need sorting first!

Mine had a cable problem due to incorrect adjustment, now sorted.

I think S1 red is a different shade to S2 reds?
