That looks nice and tidy. It's got those lovely rotary heater controls too!

Its not too bad, a bit of paint would see the exterior a lot tidier, the bottom of the front wings were rotten, so I have replacements on ready to paint (I have just learnt how to spray paint with a gun rather than aerosols). And so upholstery cleaner action will do the interior the world of good.

Morning Folks,

Here are some pictures of the wreckage that was my Turbo SD Estate. Yeseterday morning I hit some bad ice, and the car came to rest against a tree. My passenger had to be cut out of the car by the fire service (he now has a floating shoulder, but luckily no head injuries, and his neck and back are Ok). The side of the car smashed into the tree, the other panel damage was done when the car was pulled against the tree on recovery.

So there we have it. Any salvageable bits will be salvaged.

you had an interesting day then! at least the occupants are all ok Robert, shame about the car but i dont think any amount of polish is going to buff that out :( .

Wow, Robert.. .That could have been very nasty and it does make you think about door crash beams.

Good to hear no one is seriously injured.

The Engine and suspension are fine. I was driving it about the yard this morning, and got the suspension up to full height as well. The front of the car has clipped something, but it has only broken away the fibreglass front. The intercooler is the only bit in there thats really damaged.

Saw this today in the flesh, the pictures are shocking enough, but don't do it justice!! :o :o

Very, very lucky there weren't worse injuries.
