Thanks Franklin, three is still a pretty small number - I keep imagining the number of CX out there is greater than it is. Good colour Ribena!

Rightio well progress began on the Prestige today...

First of all a few pictures - by the time I had finished today the light was getting rather low so only a few phone pics...

Apologies for the Instagam-esque style of pics, they look better on the iPhone than on the PC Screen...

Got a fair bit done today, I must admit that I'm really pleased with how the paintwork is looking as well as the difference the refurbed wheels have made...

There's a reasonable amount left to do however a day should turn it around, and once it's done I'll fire up the Nikon and get some proper photos for you guys... ;)

I thought that I had a leather armrest but I just can't seem to lay my hands on it, so I might be on the look out for one of those in the future...

Also dug out another wobbly web alloy which I've been hoarding onto for a while so it's now got a proper alloy as a spare...

Pictures as and when progress has been made... :)

I told you there'd be some photos...! ;)

As per the pictures as you can see it's now looking quite proud of itself - for the pictures I was racing against the light due to the sun going down so early nowadays so they're not the best pictures in the world I must admit...

It's nearly there now, still a few bits and pieces to tinker with (no need to point them out if you spot them... ;) ) although it's getting there now and I wanted to get some pics as it's raining tomorrow and I freshly waxed it too...

Whilst tinkering with the Prestige over the past few days I have been seriously thinking about the future of the car and I have decided that the time has come for it to move onto a new custodian. Unfortunately I feel that nowadays I do not have the time that I would like to dedicate to it to keep it in the condition it is in and it also deserves to be used, fettled and enjoyed by a new custodian. As per the photos it's a very clean car indeed which my cousin bought new and it has covered a very nice mileage of just 78,000 too. Having been custodian for the past two years I now think that I taken it as far as I can and it's time for someone else to take over...

As to keep the mods happy I will create a For Sale thread in the correct sub-forum over the next few days once it is ready for sale with the relevant details.

In the meantime if there is anyone on here that is interested then feel free to drop me a PM.
