I bought a set of factory alloys for Xm's summer tyres:

...they are from S1 V6 24V. ;)

Winter tyres will be mounted on steel rims with an S2 trims which came with the car.

Cheers!

They look really good Misha, rather rare wheels and they really suit the XM 8-)

Hi Misha....i'm planning on a front and back LED upgrade for my xm..it makes quite a difference i see on your reversing lights 8-)

Im intrigued about the nose cone swap to series 2 design....Ive seen series 2's here retro fitted with series 1 nose cones but not the other way round :P

To set the tints off nicely, are you planning on painting your slim window pillars black to blend them in?

Yep...like Dean said i allready done that.

About S2 nose cone....i like the s2 nose cone more than S1. ;)

Led lights upgrade...they are ok for reverse lights, but where on front you're planing to install them?Day running lights into bumper or just to replace standard bulbs in side lights?

Apologies i missed the fact that you had painted your pillars....they look great ;)

No for mine im planning an existing bulb LED upgrade across all lamps....luckily for me a friend of mine has the correct kits and id willing to install them for me. Nice bright lighting all round ;)

I looked around considering the options and found a US supplier that seems to be all right but, actually, they're hardly road legal in Europe... Headlamps and similar are definitely out of question, they'll never work (they need different lamps, no matter what they claim, there can't be such a thing as replacement LED for H1 and the others). Interior lighting is OK, reverse is OK, you need a new flasher relay for indicators.

I would consider HID kit installing for headlights instead of LEDs.

They are not expensive anymore and there are a lot of good brands on the market.

Unfortunately, that's illegal here, too. [emoji1]
