I didn;t realise there were 2 different series 2 spoilers, I thought they were all the same. My 2.1 has the same spoiler as this car.

I must confess, I hadn't noticed any spoiler discrepancies, this isn't another leg pull like cup holders!?
I much prefer the overblown 'builder's tea' mug shelf of the s1 anyhow!

The spoilers are the same length, it's just an optical illusion of the angle of photographs. ;)

Hmmmm, just looked better and both white XMs have what I call the "long version". So, have I just been...illusioned all this time thinking there are 2 s2 versions?

cheers

Evning chaps,

The white turbo has flown through the MOT this evening.

Next job is to get the exhaust manifold off it!

Congratulations! Mind, I don't get it Robert! If it's just passed an MOT why does the manifold need removal for the
repair you mentioned a short while back or was it an advisory!? :?

We don't get advisories like you do with a pass, only time we get a list is when it fails.

The car does have a noticeable blow that can be heard at idle, and when the engine is under load. It just spoils the whole experience, and I am quite fussy.

I even asked a guy at the CXM rally if I could listen to his car, and it was much quieter than mine.
