She's not bad really, used it for running around today, never missed a beat. If this nice weather continues I'll give her a good wash this week.

It's good to hear the car is going to survive. It does look good, and i really like the unusual silver green. I know it's been a tricky situation for you Ray and the car recently, but if the car can be fixed up, that's great news, particularly for SED numbers! :)

It has MOT at present, so technically is legal to drive. Apart from the welding is there anything else significant to be done?

If it's just the welding what would I do? Buy a MIG welder and fix it.

It's just welding that needs doing, she runs beautifully, there are a couple of niggle faults, but most of it is cleaning and generally sprucing her up. I've used her the last 2 days without any problems, starts right away, the car will be saved, unless DVSA take it off me when they investigate the MOT.

Looks gorgeous inside mind! The SE models had a lovely interior, so much more sumptuous than my base model...
