Ive not done much with this really, I ran it for a couple of months but the lack of radio made for long boring journies. The radio harness has been hacked to death and I'm hoping this is causing some of the slight electrical problems it's having, the ABS warning is constantly flashing up, but is preceded by another message that I'm not quick enough to read, I think it says normal suspension but can't remember, it flashes for a micro second then goes to ABS out of use, have I read a similar post on here?

The sidelights don't come on when the switch is turned to sidelights, but do come on when switched to headlights, along with the headlights. The sidelight tell tale on the dash does illuminate when switched to sidelights though. I plan on re-fitting another harness from the scrapper. I'll also try another known working sidelight switch.

The rev counter has a mind of its own. Apart from that it never fails to start first time whenever I go and start it up,

I think this one is going to be another rolling restoration planned for this year.

When my Rev counter was playing up... sort of still does actually, it was throwing up warning messages. Mainly Automatic suspension message. It doesn't do it now, but does flick about a bit.

Clearly with yours Ray, someone has had great fun with the electrics. Definitely a keeper though. Hope you get those gremlins fixed.

What is the chassis rail that needs welding.

TBH, I'd forgotten about this car.

Will, Steve, honestly I think this is a cracking car, I really didn't want to sell this one, but I don't have time, space or resources to do anything with it. I bought the car for the plate and now I'm going to lose that too.
