If a forum like this had existed then it might have still been on the road :(
And what a super rare car it would have been too, probably would make the mk1 24v as common as a nova if you had it now, i dont think ive ever seen a Carb one for sale in this country! not in the few years ive been on the forum anyway.

Enjoy your new toy :D

The more I learn about that car the guiltier I feel :(

This was its last resting place.

The turn over was quite slow - I wonder if its still there? Anyone recognise an XM from the air!?
Plus how old is this fly over (google)?
The grid ref is SO193109

If its just the light reflecting and not several dings this looks ok, price isnt great but then they will deliver it all in for £45 so you cant grumble so long as it isnt damaged.

Are the indicators / fogs transferable ?

i.e. could I use these?

Damit yes of course it is, sorry gents.
And yes it does look damaged in which case £45 is a bit steep if you have to repare and respray the thing, cant tell if its a trick of the light though.

 indeed, what side do you need? and have you got foglights?

The question is only obvious if you know the answer, this is what the forum is for ;)

Ahem, Dean, you missed this at the front end of the thread:

The front indicator/fog lights are a nightmare. Seem to be filled with chewing gum/foam/filler!

The offside is slightly better but not much.....
and judging by the original ad, it looks like the base non foglight unit:
