Rain leak

Passenger door, filling the inner door handle cubby cup. I cant see where its coming in, I assume door rubber anyone enlighten me on that being so?

In my experience it will be the quarterlight window seal is leaking: The water runs down the door card into the pocket. Has your car had a door repair/replacement at some stage?
Another possibility might be the door mirror fixings leaking.

I dont believe the door is a replacement.

Are your drains at the bottom of the door clogged up? I have had that once, and was easily solved by unclogging; there appeared to be a high water level in the door, that spilled over and gave the impression of a leak.

For water to enter the inner pocket, it has to run down the face of the door-card.
