I don't think so for three reasons:
1. the engine and gearbox were apparently removed and swapped as a unit, without being dismantled, though I am curious about this as the dipstick tube appears too short, making me think it may be an Xj6 gearbox;
2. the noise sounds very much like an internal thrashing/clanking, as if something is loose;
3. the noise isn't apparent when cranking, only immediately after start.
