Drop that in a container of diesel and leave it, the pistons will probably unstick and come out.

But then i would have to weld the wobble plate back on....

its just old and worn, they dont last forever even running in oil, so i'll get a younger pump, found somewhere doing them cheap as power steering pumps :lol:

before refitting the not-serviced pump i washed it out with petrol, lots, use a pipe and a jug and pump it through etc and if re-circulating use a cloth as a filter

you could do this on engine if careful.....

take note petrol wont lubricate and will inhibit lubrication, when washing pump by hand not an issue, at engine speeds, be very careful!

but, mine was flushed by hand, it rises faster than before and the low pressure warning at tickover has gone
