Wheel Clamper clamped!

Post by Kit » Fri May 27, 2011 1:09 pm

Just to bring a ray of sunshine into your browsing, I draw your attention to the story on the BBC about the wheel clamper who managed to clamp two police cars whilst the officers were sitting inside. Link My mirth and satisfaction is tempered by the thought that this toe-rag has probably clamped hundreds of unsuspecting motorists in this fashion, and the local constabulary have done nothing about it. Just a thought, how easy is it to clamp an Xm when it is sitting on it's bump stops?

A Magistrate with a sense of humor should sentance him to at least 1 months community service.
That service to be in educating the public on crime and punishment as was.
Clamp him daily to one of Portsmouths ornamental cannon and leave a cat-o-9 tails handy.
The wheel clamped public are bound to show their appreciation.
