Steve.
Hi Steve.

I would expect so. The easy going nature of that event, connected to the convoy and evening makes this the best event on the calander. 8-)

Funny thing is, I hadn't really been watching it and just glanced up at the TV a second before the XM appeared, radar or what :D

Practical Classics Magazine lists the V6 S1 models in their price guide listings... Only the S1's and only the V6.. They currently reckon a A1 condition V6 is near 2 grand IIRC....

Can confirm Quentin Wilson ex Top Gear rates the XM. He came to where I work a couple of years ago, and when walking across the carpark commented to a couple of my colleagues that my old £500 banger was a future classic! They told me afterwards mch to my amusement, and from having no credibility due to driving old Citroens I went up a couple of notches :)

There were several interesting cars in the car park, including Mercs, a Lotus, a 350Z, a Subaru etc, so Mr Wilson went up a notch in my view too. As for Jeremy Clarkson.......!##!

I've just had a quick count up of the S1 still on the road as of Q3 2011. I make it 217 cars in total. I wonder how many will be left when DVLA release the next lot of data?
