Scratch and dent removal companies

Post by russ92xmsed » Fri Nov 15, 2013 5:25 pm

Does anyone or has anyone ever used a mobile scratch and dent removal company that comes to your car and sorts it out.
I ask, because today, the c5 has incurred an injury on its rear wing. Lost a fight with a careless garage door that needn't of happened if the the person at fault had paid attention. How the hell it happened anyway is beyond me to be honest. Someone who will remain nameless will not learn!
It needs fixing as the paint is badly scratched to nearly the metal. The dent is quite shallow fortunately.
I took the rear light out...well just the back of it to see if you can get behind, but it looks like a double skin.
Anyway, if anyone has any recommendations, that would be fantastic. I know Dent devils is good...but they only do dents not paint.....

 Dad did. Not the first time and it will happen again.
I don't understand it as the lane is a dead end. So you have to drive up to the garage, which is parallel to the lane. To get out you have to reverse. Anyone with some sense, would reverse the car to then close the door. Nope. Moved it the wrong way and closed the door on the car.

Already clobbered a friends newly built Cotswold stone pillar on their drive with the drivers wing mirror. That's now badly scratched.
I have had to repeatedly repaint the edges of the rear doors because he keeps opening them on the brick walls in the lane where the garage is. Four times now. Also really deeply scratched the black trim under the bumper on a kerb..again which shouldn't of happened.

As you can tell..I'm not impressed, as none of this should have happened at all. It's a nice car..being ruined.
