I suspect a Bosch pump has more than enough overhead to deliver enough fuel for 110Bhp.

As a brief update I knocked the anti-tamper collar off the main fuelling screw earlier in the week and turned it up quarter of a turn. Car seems to be running very well and very similar to how it was previously. I just need to turn the idle down now because increasing the fuelling served to speed the idle up.
