Tyres can cause the problem, especially if they are worn unevenly but tracking won't make any difference except to the tyre wear. If it drives straight under normal braking that is indicative of something worn in the suspension but if you brake hard it will tend to pull up straight anyway if your brakes are balanced.

The wheel pulling indicates either the front caster or camber is out or the rear thrust angle isn't centred. You need a proper 4 wheel alignment after checking the suspension components and bushes.

Uneven tire wear can cause that, like when you have fitted used tires or incorrectly rotated them.
