Sadly not Vince. It comes as a non-optional extra with my ME and it's a case of live with it. Poor and broken sleep with vivid dreams is almost a cardinal symptom of the condition...

It has its advantages. I have absolutely no need of an alarm clock!

I've already had some absolutely wonderful counseling to come to terms with it in general and that really did me a lot of god and still does so...

I have no anxieties at all nowadays except around MOT time
Ah good, youve been down that route already then Jim ;)

I like the no need for an alarm clock jibe.....ive no need for one either Jim...ive got kids

Should I bother washing all the dirt and bird shit off tomorrow evening? Elisabeth's car is truly very very dirty now, so I noticed early this morning.
I am not decided yet, if I will bother, since it's a long haul tomorrow night anyway. How' s the salt conditions on UK roads now?
And it will go straight to the MOT man on Tuesday next week :) I'll expect it to pass, once again...
