My BIGGER concern is are we going to have a proper cxm rally this year for the xm birthday?? If we are ill make the continued effort on my 24v ... I still dont know if we have an x rally this year. Be a huge shame as its the cars birthday year!!

Um, Paul ...the x Rally has been and gone.

However I have heard some rumblings about the possibility of CXM being organised. I hope it does go ahead too.

With regards to the CXM. I've been advised by Nigel Wild and Alan Kemp that Little Horwood is no longer a viable venue due to costs. Apparently Franklin is looking into alternatives. That's about all I know at this stage unfortunately.

But the DS rally was held there this weekend? So suddenly it's a no go. Strange.
I don't quite understand why a £10 fee for the weekend or something like can't be charged to help cover the costs. Making it free was brilliant, but if it makes it too expensive for the club or organisers to cover costs, then pass and break up the cost to those who attend... DS rally was £10 a car for the day.

I might have some ideas. I will investigate too.....
