Yeah going the long way, Syria may be a bit eventful but with a toybota you could really cut down the miles and avoid the more difficult regions.

The most direct route is 5589.9 mi.

France and Spain, I wouldn't expect any trouble, but I suspect Algeria, Chad and South Sudan might be more of an experience.

It would be a great trip to do.
