Hi, rear indicator and light bulb panel, my left one has got wet somehow and I have a short, fast blinking. Will these panels dry out with electrical spray or am I looking for another panel. Also front ones have stopped working, is this because of the rear short? Cheers.

Fast blinking of an indicator usually means one of the 21W bulbs (front or rear) has blown or become disconnected.
The flasher relay needs to be correctly loaded (42W, and hopefully the side repeater) for it to flash at the correct rate.
Check the bulbs and bulb-holders out first.

Yeah, rear left but bulb ok, bulb fitting, panel is wet, the rear of panel where the metal connections are is wet and that is the problem it seems. So I was gonna clean and dry it with connection fluid to drive out moisture if it isn’t too far gone, that’s the concern. But right rear indicator is working but front ones not. Pain gonna have to stop water getting in if I can get it working anyway.

They are just bulb holders and contacts, so drying out and cleaning will be sufficient.

That the rear one is working, but blinking rapidly, and the front one not working, points to the front bulb having blown, or not having contact.

Water entering the the cluster is usually due to the unit not being fitted tightly, or the seal is torn.

Yeah thanks, seems that’s what it is, will get that sorted. I have done the job now, front right and rear left damp.
