They look like typical accumulators used on industrial/agricultural equipment. My dad's tractor's spheres for the brakes looks like those in the video. Also the dampening of the front loader has accumulators like that.

Nice suspension..

They are the type used by Mercedes for self levelling and active body control, systems.

Rolls Royce used Citroen hydraulics, including spheres.
