Unfortunately I have to store my XM outdoors at a facility. What's the best cover that will protect from elements and won't blow off in a storm?

That's a good question! I've previously covered a car with a tarp, and despite strapping/weighing it down quite well, it ruined much of the paint (abrasion) and completely failed to keep the car dry - not because of leaks but because of condensation.
I nearly bought one of the Clarke fabric garages recently, but because of the car's location, decided against it, and have instead put a powered dehumidifier inside to try to keep it dry...
Looking forward to any suggestions

I cover my race car with a cover from California Car Covers which works well, but obviously they don't make for Citroen

In my experience car covers tend to rub the paint.

So, I got this, and despite low expectations it's actually been great. We get major storms here in NOLA and the cover stayed on despite 50+mph winds.
edit: seems my link isn't showing up

A cover staying on isn't the issue. A flapping cover soon rubs the paint.

The covers I've been buying my race car have consistently blown off.
No cover means the paint will soon be oxidized in the sun.
I'll take a cover rubbing paint a little bit over not having any paint left in a few years.
