Hi gents

I got a vertualy brand new valeo intercooler today, turns out the common as muck peugeot 406 dervs have exactly the same intercooler, rad and some intercooler pipework and bits and bobs as the tct Xm, happy days, also got to see one of those coolant beyonett fitting first hand, kind of neat design really.
The pug in question had 2 litres of engine oil in the intercooler, no prizes for guessing what that died of..............

Hi Dean,

It's exactly this availability of parts for some engines that's steered my choice of XM. Not many options with the 2.5.

Do you reckon the intercooler is the same as the 2.1, from what I remember it looks similar.

Steve.

Robert (i think) looked at this the other day for me and YES they are the same rad and intercooler on the 2.1 turbo D, TCT and pug 406 TD, i would guess the xant has the same heat exchangers too along with any petrol turbo pugs but have not seen first hand to confirm.
