Stupid American Email

Hi all,
Just lately Facebook has been going into my contacts list and selecting names from it and telling me that they want me to join facebook as a friend, I've been ignoring all requests as I don't like social networks, they are so full of crap!
Yesteday my entire contact list was written to offering them money for Emailing others,
it is a load of crap too and I don't know how it happened yet except that one of the writers in there worked alongside me in the oilfields and somehow managed to do this as a prank, but I don't know how! If any of you got one bin it please, I've deleted all my contacts in hotmail now.
