Ahh, that looks familiar on two counts, first I used to have one like that, but with only two rear wheels (the car not the plane) and secondly that was videoed near where I used to live. The bridge over the river is at Eynsford and the roundabout at Otford, near Sevenoaks, he then heads off toward the A20 a Farningham.

I have seen that CX at the CX rally before. Its a very nice conversion he had done.
