Just a quick hello from Norfolk, glad to see you getting things sorted out with the new forum. All the best and hope the transition of data is a simple one!

Ah but being an XM forum, shouldn't it be green

Just like XM's. We are all stuck with the Mk2 version of the website because the Mk1 version may look good but it does not work so well.

Hi everyone, I did try to post earlier but it's dissappeared or more likely i maffed it up  Just to say a big thanks to Ciaran for his efforts in getting us all back together - nice to have an "home" amongst fellow sufferers again ;)

Ciarán,

From one forum admin to another All I can say is you've done a really top, first-rate job of setting this forum up :D Take a very big bow sir! It's an absolute pleasure to come and vist and I'm delighted (as I'm sure you are) just how many of us have signed up. I going to sure miss you all on the FCF but no worries, I'll be a frequent vistor here and will get cracking on posting all the 4HP20 stuff. I'm a bit surprised I'm the only non-XM owner to so far register but I'm sure that'll change soon.

Thanks for all the information on phpBB3. It's given me a bit of momentum to get the FCF and BXC updated. What version of PHP and MySQL are you currently using. I'm stuck with PHP4 on our webserver and I'm cuurently running MySQL4 on my database server. Both run under windows 2K3. What OS are you running on your server?

If it is Ok with you, I'd be grateful if I can borrow your knowledge of phpBB3 but I'll leave you in peace until it all settles here..

Wonder if a SubGreen theme can be created for this forum? That'll really put the icing on the cake 8-)

Hi Jim, I for one and I'm sure many others will still be sticking around with FCF - with the missus using the Pug 307 and the ongoing restoration of the 205 cabrio' plus my ongoing Cit XM woes, yours is the perfect forum - just wish I'd found out about it sooner

Thanks, Colin.P
