I think the constructor has strayed a little from the (alleged) original Andre Citroen design concept of being able to safely carry a gentleman wearing a top hat and carrying a basket of eggs across a ploughed field!!

By the looks of things, it may even be able to plough the fields Ken.

I'd imagine folk would stop to listen to this amazing noise approaching and await the car passing
and wonder why this red 2CV was going a tad briskly!! :lol:

What is legal in the EU?

Don't think the EU will have made much difference to the Czechs - I've spent some amount of time out there and they're a wild bunch, but just great to get on with.
