ward bross bailiffe and auctioneer just pulled out, as he was doing the dirty on me ,and them, luckily i had just got my sony xperia phone, and had downloaded a couple of apps, (call recorder, and voice recorder) so recorded all communications with them ,including him admitting he got it wrong about seizing my goods after a forfieture ,then asking me to go in and check my machines and tools were still there, then the bailiffe turning up with the auctioneer , also him telling me the auctioneer was the bailiffe on a previous visit , the bailiffe has handed the keys to a solicitor, so what happens now i dont know

I'm lost, Is this something we know about.

I'm not following this either maybe Terry posted elsewhere but it doesn't sound good does it?

sorry i posted on the email bit? looks like im going to have to take him to court, for loss of contracts /earnings etc
