According to the BOL, the relay lives on the right hand side of the steering bracket
under the dash REF 756.

It's sharing space with:

blower motor max. speed relay 745
blower speed module 658
Water temp warning unit (Diesel with AC only) 87

:D

Err, I've never been unlucky enough to own an ABS BX

However.................I have a book with some info. It's petrol only but hopefully diesels are the same.

"ABS control unit is under the driver's seat" which must be removed for access! The ABS diode(?) "is on the electrical wiring behind the instrument clusters." The ABS relay "is on the RH side of steering bracket".

There is an overhead map view of the car and looking at it I reckon the relay is probably clipped inside the plastic shrouds round the indicator switches. The blower motor max speed relay is in the same vicinity.

Good luck.
