GSF WEBSITE

I logged on to GSF's website today, to look at some prices.

What a mess!!!

You have to register before you can look and then the content is pathetic and some items that list more than 1, rather vague at to which one is right.

ECP may be more interested in more common cars now but at least the website is decent.

Oh well rant over

Yep its hopeless and ive just stopped using them now, its too much hassle, the designer of the new website was on the frenchcarforum a while back when we all kicked up a fuss about it and basicaly said that its tuff and they are sticking with the new layout, a lot of people gave up and went elsewhere too.

Mmmm I noticed that recently too.
I went to the site to quickly check the price of a part for a work colleague's Peugeot, discovered you had to register and was thwarted, was in too much of a hurry to mess about with all that.

I'll try registering and see if I can make head or tail of it, but I have to say its very irritating to not even be able to view stock and prices without signing in, you can understand it for placing orders, but it should be open to view IMO.
Wonder why they changed, the old site worked very well, all it maybe needed was a graphical revamp but the ordering system was spot on.

I was registered with the old website, when I tried to register with this one I was told that I couldn't use those details as they had allready been taken!! :? :? I tried with something different and although it aknowleged my registration it wouldn't let me in - I gave up.

GSF's current website is definitely user unfriendly unlike those of Eurocarparts and AEP Glasgow. However having said that their ebay sales are spot on - a pair of rear discs for my son's 306 were under £20, post free and arrived within a day.
