Front ride height too high

I've acquired another XM, but the front ride height seems too high.
What do you think?

Some clown has bolted the rear wheel centre cap on a well.
You'd better get those door glass surrounds painted too.
Nice colour though.
I bet Mrs DM is thrilled!
