It's a late series 1 car, sometimes referred to as S1.5. Overall, it looks like a pretty tidy car so just needs the minor electrical bits sorting to make it all good.
All prestige models were S1 cars, it is effectively SEi spec with a few differences.

Agreed. It could do with an S1 nose-cone to make it original.

That's why I was slightly confused, as the front looked S2, and the chevrons were in the middle of the grill, and larger.

Posted another vid of the xm, had it set to highest height setting, as my house is down a dirt track and very bumpy.

I saw the warning lights, is the left one "high Temp"?
You can read the engine error codes with a simple LED tester, alternatively there may be a member near that has a Lexia.
Has the rear o/s wing and rear door been painted, the lacquer looks flat and needs a polish, otherwise that looks a very tidy car.

yes its seems the lacquer has come off, strangely around both rear wings, i think it must be were it had been kept by a previous owner ?
The temp light says on, because for some reason the car thinks its overheating even though its not, thats why the cooling fan are constantly running.

The Hight Temp warning is likely to be the sensor on the thermostat housing or a wire shorted to Gnd, but the sensor is more likely.

That is a very tidy looking Xm, my XM is identical to that, albeit mine is black. They share a very similar number plate too, mine is L92 KBL ...
Having the Air con on will also run the fans constantly.
If you do have a bumpy track to your house, I would recommend the intermediate setting, as its very bumpy in high with no suspension travel.
Nice car!
